The Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a Senior Food Service Helper at its Union Vale Middle School.   Typical work includes simple cooking or warming and service of a variety of food.  Supervision is usually exercised over Food Service Helpers.  Work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Baking cakes, cookies and other desserts from already prepared ingredients;
  • Acting as cashier;
  • May instruct and direct helpers with various methods and equipment;
  • May sweep, mop and clean the kitchen;
  • Inventories, requests and store supplies;
  • Operate all kitchen equipment

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Union Vale Middle School as indicated below for the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

  • (2) 35 hr/wk Special Education Teaching Assistants (1:1)
    • Starting salary $ 21,004
  • (1) 35 hr/wk Special Education Teaching Assistant
    • Starting Salary $21,004

 

 

 

 

The District offers:

  • Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more
  • Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

Starting salary is approximately $16.22/hr.  However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.
