Great part-time position for anyone that loves working with children.  The Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a 15 hr/wk School Monitor at our Vail Farm Elementary School.  This is a great part-time position for anyone that loves working with children.  We are looking for a fun-loving, energetic and kind person to apply.  The position will entail supervising lunch and recess, which would include maintaining order in the playgrounds, cafeteria, hallways and lobbies.  You may also be asked to escort students to and from special assignments.

  • Hours are between 10:45am-1:45pm, Mondays through Fridays.
  • The hourly rate of pay is $17.98/hr.

25/26: Teaching Assistant – VFE25/26: TA VFE as of 7-24-25

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Vail Farm Elementary School as indicated below for the 2025-2026 school year. 

 

  • (1) 35 hr/wk Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant (2:1 Shared with Health Stipend)
    • Starting salary $21,004

 

 

 

The District offers:

  • Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more
  • Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

Starting salary is approximately $16.22/hr.  However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.
