Arlington Central School District is seeking a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our collaborative team at Union Vale Middle School and Districtwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while working in a supportive, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.

As a Special Class Teacher, you will:

  • Design and implement engaging instruction tailored to students with autism, communication disorders, and learning differences.
  • Apply evidence-based practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and VB-MAPP assessments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Use data to drive instruction and monitor progress, ensuring every student grows academically, socially, and emotionally.
