This position is a Competitive Civil Service Position and requires the applicant to be:

  1. Reachable on an existing Dutchess County Human Resources Certification of Eligible List; or,
  2. Currently working in, or previously held an Athletic Trainer civil service title; or,
  3. Other candidates who have equivalent education and licensing are encouraged to apply and will be considered as allowed per Civil Service regulations.

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for an anticipated 11-month Athletic Trainer.  This position provides care, prevention and treatment of athletic injuries and/or improves the physical fitness of athletes for participation in various sports programs. Under the general supervision of the District Director of Interscholastic Athletics, incumbents in this position are responsible for the care, prevention and treatment of athletic injuries involving student athletes.
