Job Description

Arlington Central School District is recruiting for per diem Substitute Registered Professional Nurses for the 2026/2027 school year. The starting rate of pay for a Substitute Nurse is $200/full-day.  As a per diem substitute, your position is based on working either a full-day or half-day.

This position involves responsibility for giving care to students and for performing related nursing services.  Interested applicants must have good knowledge of nursing principles and techniques; working knowledge of dietetics, sanitation and personal hygiene; good observation; mental alertness; firmness; initiative and more.
