Job Description

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Summer Student Maintenance Workers to assist the current custodial staff from June 29th through August 28th.  Interested applicants must be 16 years of age or older with appropriate working papers. Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm.  Typical work includes simple cleaning tasks under the general supervision of District Custodians.  Work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Dusting;
• Washing walls, windows, woodwork, bathrooms;
• Sweep, mop, wash floors;
• Strip and wax floors;
• Maintain building exteriors;
• Gather and dispose of refuse;
• Clean and polish furniture; and,
• Assist in minor repairs.
