Job Description

Arlington Central School District is seeking a dynamic Business Education Teacher for a 1.0 FTE Anticipated Probationary position at our Union Vale Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year.  This position focuses on teaching Computers 6.

Key Responsibilities & Curriculum:

• Instruction of 6^th-grade computer classes
• Implementation of Project Lead the Way (PLTW) coding units
• Coverage of essential digital literacy topics, including
  • Internet Safety & Digital Citizenship
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Google Workspace for Education (Google Suites)

Salary: $64,517-$69,126

Job Qualifications

This position requires a minimum NYS certification of Business and Marketing or Business and Distributive Ed.
