Job Description

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Summer Custodial Workers (Cleaners) to assist the current custodial staff from June 29, 2026 through August 28, 2026.  Hours will be 7:00am-3:30pm.  Typical work includes simple cleaning tasks under the general supervision of District Custodians.  Work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Dusting;
• Washing walls, windows, woodwork, bathrooms;
• Sweep, mop, wash floors;
• Strip and wax floors;
• Maintain building exteriors;
• Gather and dispose of refuse;
• Clean and polish furniture; and
• Assist in minor repairs.
