Job Description

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a full-time 3rd Shift Senior Custodial Worker (11:00pm-6:30am).  Supervision may be exercised over the work of other custodial workers.  Typical work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Leads and participates in all cleaning activities;
• Dusting and polishing of chairs, tables and other furniture and brass
• Washing walls, windows, woodwork, bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, wash and wax floors
• Insures security of buildings; 
• May assign tasks to subordinates;
• Checks heating systems and performs preventative maintenance
• Assist in snow removal
