Job Description

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Summer Student Grounds Helpers to assist the current grounds staff from July 1st through August 29th.  Interested applicants must be 16 years of age or older with appropriate working papers.  Tasks in this position could include:

• Cleans the grounds of trash, debris and similar materials;
• Levels, grades and removes stones;
• Maintains lawns, grounds, playing fields and playground equipment;
• Transplants seedlings and plants and cares for trees and shrubs, including chipping and pruning;
• Does related work as required
